Every job gets a fixed figure before it's booked. If the budget doesn't reach, I'll tell you what it would buy instead of quoting you into a version that disappoints everyone.

Before you ask
What does a videographer cost in London?+
It depends what you're buying. If you have a director and need a camera, that's a day: £750, or £475 for a half day. If you're commissioning a finished film, it's quoted as a project from £4,500 — that way prep, kit, post and grade are inside the number instead of arriving after it.
Do you work solo or bring a crew?+
Solo for product, interview and small-set work — it's faster and it keeps the budget in the frame rather than on the call sheet. For anything with talent, movement or multiple set-ups I bring a gaffer and an AC, and I'll tell you which one your job needs before you ask.
Are you London-based or Dubai-based?+
Both. I hold kit and crew relationships in London and Dubai, and I travel for shoots. UK jobs are quoted from London with no travel loading.
What do I actually receive at the end?+
Graded masters in the ratios you've asked for — 16:9, 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 — framed for each one rather than cropped from a single file. Plus the project archive if you want it.
